This policy explains what personal information Touch of Perception (“I”, “me”) collects through touchofperception.com, why, and what you can do about it. The site is run by Olivia Voltsokidi, Los Angeles, CA 90034. Contact: olivia@touchofperception.com.
What I collect
- Booking and contact forms: your name, email, phone number, chosen service, date and time, and your answers to the questions in the form.
- Coaching questionnaire: your name, email, phone, goals, time zone, and answers about your emotional state. Some questions ask about current treatment, medication or diagnosed conditions. These answers are sensitive information. They are optional, and I use them only to decide whether coaching is a good fit for you and to work safely with you.
- Payments: handled by Stripe and PayPal. I do not see or store your full card number. I receive the payment amount, status and the name and email linked to the payment.
- Website analytics: Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser, using cookies. It does not give me your name.
- Messages: if you write to me by email, Telegram or WhatsApp, I keep that conversation. Those services also process your data under their own privacy policies.
Why I use it
To reply to you, schedule and run sessions, take payments, provide coaching, and understand how the site is used so I can improve it. I do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.
Who else processes it
My hosting provider (stores the site and form entries), Stripe and PayPal (payments), Google (Analytics, Fonts, YouTube when you play a video), Automattic/Gravatar, and Exponential Coaching Academy if you take the Metaprograms or OCEAN test on their site. Each follows its own privacy policy.
How long I keep it
Form entries and client notes: up to 1 year after our last contact, unless the law requires longer. Analytics data: up to 14 months. You can ask me to delete your data sooner.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask me to correct or delete it, and limit the use of sensitive information. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA. I will not treat you differently for using them. Write to olivia@touchofperception.com; I will reply within 45 days.
Cookies
The site uses cookies for analytics, language choice and basic functions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
Children
The site and services are not directed at children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their data without a parent’s consent.
Security
The site uses HTTPS. Access to form entries is limited to me. No method is 100% secure, so please do not send information you consider extremely sensitive through the forms.
Changes
If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top of this page.
